Order processing

 Once your order is placed you will receive a tracking number with 24-72hrs.

  • Hair Care & Beauty Products are shipped within 1-3 days after payment, depending on the payment process of your financial institution.
  • During Sales, processing can take up to 5-7 days.
  •  Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been processed.

For Hair orders and Wholesale Orders:

✔️Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process & prepare your order, delivery will be on the 4-5 day.

✔️ You will receive tracking information with estimated delivery date when your order is shipped.

✔️Please allow USPS database to be updated within 24hrs after receiving confirmation.

✔️We are not responsible for delays or unforeseen circumstances that may occur within the carrier network.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to update on the carrier website.

 Exchanges

We have a 3-day exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your items are not in their original condition, they cannot be exchanged.

You must request an exchange within seven days of receiving your item. We do not accept any exchanges after seven days. No exceptions.

If you would like to initiate an exchange, contact us at TheLavishLuster@gmail. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. Unauthorized exchanges/returns will not be accepted.

A 25% restocking fee will be taken from the total amount of any exchange. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards. Used items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

We are so elated you choose us. We are suppliers to more than 600 small businesses. Reach out to us with any queries.

✔️5-7 days to ship Hair Extensions.

REFUNDS

WE TAKE FRAUD SERIOUSLY 

Using a credit card that does not belong to you or claiming an order was falsely placed on your behalf will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. Please note that your IP address is logged and verified through our internet security when accessing our website.
